Pay: CA$25.00-CA$35.00 per hour JRoss Construction is one of the major snow removal providers in the City of Winnipeg and Surrounding areas. We are seeking skilled operators and drivers for the 2026-27 snow removal season. Our equipment is mostly newer model year with some brand recent pieces. Primarily Deere. Equipment includes: Graders Loaders Skidsteers Sidewalk Plows Ag Tractors Tandem trucks, Plow Trucks and Sander Trucks Class 3, 3A or 1A Drivers License would be an asset for certain positions Minimum of 2 years of equipment operation experience Night Shift, Day shift, Weekend shifts - All available Guaranteed Pay available for top level candidates Paid on boarding shift Year Round Work offered for specific candidates based on skill set MULTIPLE DISPATCH LOCATIONS - REGENT AREA, PEMBINA AREA, WEST PERIMETER, DOWNTOWN
