This three-month contract Recruiter supports Securiguard’s Recruiting team. You will recruit security personnel through resume reviews, screening calls, onsite interviews, and onboarding. The work includes talent pipeline development, recruitment planning, and candidate sourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide full-cycle recruitment for security personnel
- Review resumes and conduct pre-screening calls
- Coordinate onsite interviews and onboarding
- Build qualified talent pipelines before hiring needs arise
- Maintain applicant and interview records under ISO policy

Requirements:

- Two-plus years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience
- Security industry recruitment experience is an asset
- Post-secondary HR or recruiting education is an asset
- Comfort using ATS software and recruitment technology
- Ability to work in rapid-paced, results-oriented environments
