This full-time internship suits students in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related programs. You will maintain vendor records, investigate inventory discrepancies, support purchasing processes, and improve warehouse organization. The four-month internship begins January 2027, with studies continuing afterward.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the Approved Vendor List and supplier certifications
- Conduct cycle counts and update verified NetSuite quantities
- Reorganize warehouse materials, locations, labels, and layout
- Support RFQ, RFP, RFI, and quotation comparisons
- Manage purchase orders and assist receiving activities

Requirements:

- Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program
- Availability for a full time January 2027 internship
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or Claude
- Analytical, organized, dependable, and results-driven approach
