YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a Lunchtime Supervisor under the School Principal’s direction. You will monitor students indoors and outdoors, support appropriate play, communicate concerns, and help maintain a safe, caring, positive setting. The position runs for 10 months and starts immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch breaks
- Monitor behavior and encourage respect, kindness, and inclusivity
- Report misconduct and atypical situations to school leadership
- Support appropriate play and monitor out-of-bounds areas




- Assist with emergencies, training sessions, and staff meetings

Requirements:

- Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
- Minimum one month of required experience
- Good communication skills and a positive demeanor
- Ability to monitor multiple activities and attend student needs
- Experience working with children and respecting confidentiality
