You will provide customized support in clients’ homes, following care plans and current community care practices. The work includes homemaking, companionship, personal care, documentation, and infection prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide cleaning, cooking, laundry, and household management
- Accompany clients to community activities and events
- Administer personal care according to care plan directives
