Millennium Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented Case Coordinator to join the Care-First Claims team in Alberta. You will be the first contact for injured claimants, providing empathetic support, gathering information, and guiding them through the claims process.

Role requires strong communication, organization, and discretion, with a focus on accurate documentation and timely follow-ups. In office work in Sherwood Park is expected as part of our claims operations.
