Analyze inventory and coordinate domestic freight for Multy in a hybrid role supporting manufacturing and distribution operations. Apply Excel and Power BI skills to improve accuracy.

This Inventory and Logistics Analyst supports inventory management, stock reconciliation, transportation coordination, and continuous improvement. You will analyze discrepancies, monitor product availability, and coordinate shipments across facilities, distribution centers, and third-party warehouses. The role works with Logistics, Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor inventory levels across facilities and warehouse locations
- Analyze discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate FTL, LTL, intermodal, and interfacility shipments




- Track deliveries, delays, documentation, and freight performance
- Prepare inventory and transportation reports using ERP systems and Excel

Requirements:

- College diploma or bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Inventory analysis and stock reconciliation experience
- Working knowledge of domestic transportation and freight coordination
- Power BI and Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and XLOOKUP
