This experienced Food and Beverage Manager oversees breakfast, lunch, dinner, bar, special events, and conference services. You will coordinate staff, support inventory control, maintain service standards, and collaborate with culinary, golf, and sales teams. The work is approximately 80% on the floor and 20% administrative.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise, coordinate, communicate with, and motivate outlet staff
- Maintain onsite presence during peak services and conference events
- Control supplies, inventories, revenues, costs, and budgets
- Verify POS transactions and group billings for accounting




- Train team members and enforce service, sanitation, and safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum three-plus years of restaurant management experience
- Smart Serve certification
- Robust leadership, organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
- Computer literacy with Excel, Outlook, Internet, Windows, and Jonas POS
- Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and long hours
