Deliver exceptional IT support at CPA Ontario as a Technology Service Desk Administrator supporting employees through Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies. This hybrid position combines onsite collaboration with work from home.

As a Technology Service Desk Administrator, you will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support across hardware, software, workplace technology, and business applications. You will administer accounts and devices while supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and Intune. The work includes resolving issues, supporting employee technology needs, and contributing to service improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support
- Diagnose device, operating system, network, and email issues
- Administer accounts, permissions, licensing,



and identity processes
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and organizational changes
- Track incidents and requests through ServiceNow

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field
- Two to four years of service desk experience
- Experience supporting Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams
- Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID, and Intune
- Robust customer service and communication skills

Support CPA Ontario employees through responsive troubleshooting, Microsoft technologies, account administration, and reliable endpoint service delivery.
