Equitable seeks a Senior Group Collections & Commissions Specialist to own critical collections, commissions, and payment processes. You will drive system enhancements, mentor team members, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Audit to ensure operational excellence.
You will analyze complex issues, prepare reconciliations, lead testing, and help strengthen internal controls while supporting ongoing process improvements. This is a hybrid role based in Waterloo, ON.
