Serve guests at Blaze Bar & Grill within Grey Eagle Resort & Casino in Calgary, using POS accuracy and attentive food service. Located on Tsuut’ina First Nation, this position supports wide-ranging shifts and guest-focused dining experiences.

The Server provides professional, efficient service under the Outlets Manager and Outlet Supervisor. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, recommend menu items, deliver food and beverages, and process payments. The work requires knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, responsible liquor service, and applicable procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and create welcoming dining experiences
- Take orders and enter them accurately into POS
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently and accurately




- Process payments and reconcile end-of-shift receipts
- Coordinate with bartenders, runners, kitchen employees, and supervisors

Requirements:

- Previous full-service restaurant experience required
- Previous POS experience required
- Valid Alberta ProServe certification required
- Food Safety and WHMIS training willingness
- Availability for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
