Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to resident maintenance requests within 24 hours
- Diagnose and complete plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect building systems, common areas, and amenity spaces
- Complete suite turnovers to Class A standards
- Coordinate contractors and monitor quality and timelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
