As Retail Supervisor, you will help the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager deliver sales, profitability, and customer experience goals. Your work includes planning, expense control, scheduling, payroll, inventory, merchandise flow, and employee development. You will also uphold PUMA Brand Values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned with PUMA service standards
- Support sales, KPI, and profitability goals through planning
- Assist with employee recruitment, training, development, and succession




- Manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling
- Handle merchandise, inventory counts, and shrink goals

Requirements:

- One to two years of focused retail experience
- Customer service-oriented apparel or footwear experience preferred
- Ability to exceed sales goals and reason through issues
- Excellent communication and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull thirty pounds
