Key Responsibilities:

- Provide general HR consulting services to external clients
- Manage harassment investigations and employee relations files

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in industrial relations or human resources
- Three to five years’ HR generalist experience
- Member of the CRHA qualified order
- Experience investigating workplace harassment
- Excellent French, labour law, and Microsoft 365 knowledge
