As a member of the HR team, you'll serve as a trusted resource and advisor to employees and leaders across the organization.



You'll provide guidance on employee relations, workplace concerns, talent processes, performance management, and HR programs while helping foster a positive employee experience and high-performing culture.

- Provides timely coaching, guidance, and support to employees and leaders on workplace concerns, performance management, and employee relations matters.
- Balances employee advocacy with company policy, employment legislation, and business needs.
