Assisted Living Alberta seeks a Health Care Aide for its Residential Care program. You will support patients, clients, and residents according to care plans, facility policies, and procedures. The work includes personal assistance, routine care, observation, reporting, and communication with families, caregivers, nurses, and regulated health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support activities of daily living and support services
- Assist nurses with hygiene, nutrition, mobility, and safety needs
- Support recreation, organized activities, and programs
- Observe and report patients’ mood, health, and wellbeing




- Maintain protected environments for patients, staff, and visitors

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide certification or Alberta equivalent
- Active or eligible CLHA registration or practice permit
- Proof of education or certificate completion within 18 months
- Satisfactory criminal record check or Vulnerable Sector Search
- Ability to work rotating days, evenings, and nights
