CreekSide Bar & Grill Manotick is looking for an energetic and outgoing Server/Bartender to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for every guest. If you’re friendly, reliable, and comfortable staying organized during busy shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about food, drinks, and specials
- Check in with guests and ensure they have a great dining experience
- Process payments and handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining and bar area
- Complete opening and closing duties as required
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service
- Follow Smart Serve, food safety, and health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For





- Minimum 1 year of serving experience preferred
- Bartending experience is an asset
- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, positive, and a team player
- Available to work evenings and weekends
