Job Summary

Prepare accurate tax returns by organizing financial information, reviewing records, and applying careful analysis. This role draws on accounting and bookkeeping practices to support transparent, dependable tax preparation.

Duties

- Gather and organize client financial records, including income, expenses, accounts payable, payroll, and investment information.
- Prepare tax documentation using accounting software; experience with QuickBooks, and Sage, is useful.
- Reconcile accounts, review figures for accuracy, and apply analysis skills to identify discrepancies.
- Your impact: accurate, well-organized returns help clients and colleagues make informed decisions.

Experience

Required: Personal income tax preparation using Profile tax software with the ability to review financial records carefully and handle sensitive information responsibly. Clear organization and sound analysis support accurate tax preparation and timely follow-up.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
