We are currently seeking Survey Assistants to join our team, working in Calgary.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Party Chief in any and all aspects of the job
- Organize and maintain survey equipment and vehicle
- Work safely and actively participate Vista Geomatics' HSE program

Requirements :

- Good written and verbal communication skills, and general computer knowledge
- Spatial recognition skills
- Able to successfully complete WHMIS, First Aid and CSTS
- Valid Alberta driver’s license
- Physically fit and willing to work in diverse environmental conditions.
- Demonstrated flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions




- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to starting
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures easily

Assets:

- Diploma in Geomatics and/or Survey Technician, or equivalent
- Relevant survey experience
- Certification in First Aid/CPR, , CSTS and WHMIS,
