Clinical Coordinator – North Vancouver, BC (Persian Speaking)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 5 days/week, Monday–Saturday (Saturdays required), with Sunday and one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: 22.00 - 25.00 per hour, plus up to $4/hour in monthly performance bonuses

We’re looking for a Clinical Coordinator to join our established Clinic in North Vancouver.

This is an on-site role, so we’re looking for someone who lives in or near North Vancouver, and can commute easily to the clinic. If you’re passionate about helping people, love staying organized, and thrive in a quick-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and organized force behind the scenes, ensuring every patient enjoys a smooth, positive experience.

- Manage Clinic Flow: Coordinate appointments and triage referrals with care and professionalism
- Be the Connection: Communicate with doctors,



specialists, and healthcare partners
- Keep Us Moving: Support clinic operations, from inventory to sleep test equipment management
- Deliver Better Sleep: Set up and administer HSAT (Home Sleep Apnea Tests), guiding patients through the process with clarity and compassion
- Administrative Rockstar: Assist with insurance paperwork and daily documentation
- Support the Mission: Help create a smooth, welcoming, and empowering patient experience

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone dependable, warm, and detail-oriented who thrives in a healthcare setting:

- 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration, coordination, or a clinical support role
- Ability to work in a rapid pace healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with MS Office and Google Suite
- Lives in North Vancouver or nearby and able to commute daily
- Flexibility for split days off (Sunday + one weekday between Tuesday–Thursday)
- Looking for a long term career with Snore MD
- Fluent in speaking English and Persian
- Availability to work Saturdays (mandatory)
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
