Overview

Field Sales Reps build business relationships and develop sales opportunities through direct engagement with Residential customers. The role combines outside sales, account management, and business development, with a focus on understanding customer needs and presenting relevant solutions. You’ll work with colleagues to support a consistent, responsive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue residential sales opportunities through field outreach, relationship building, and marketing activities.
- Manage customer accounts, understand needs, and present suitable products or services, including technology solutions.
- Use negotiation and analysis skills to develop proposals, address questions, and support informed customer decisions.
- Maintain accurate activity and account records in Salesforce and coordinate follow-up with colleagues.

Experience

Required: Explicit communication, customer service, sales, negotiation, and account management capabilities support effective customer conversations and follow-through. Practical business development, outside sales, and analysis skills help identify opportunities and respond to customer needs. Preferred: B2B sales, marketing, technology sales, or technical sales experience can strengthen your approach; familiarity with Salesforce and Spanish language skills are also advantageous.

Pay: $1.00-$5,000.00 per week
