Lead cannabis production operations at Village Farms International on-site, using team supervision, GMP compliance, and ERP reporting skills. Work Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM.

The Production Supervisor oversees biomass conversion into finished goods while maintaining quality standards throughout production. This hands-on leader mentors Production Technicians and contract labour across milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly. The position supports safe, efficient operations through Lean principles, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technicians and contract labour across production operations
- Coordinate floor changeovers across milling, blending, and pre-roll assembly
- Verify production reports, KPIs, consumption,



and inventory records
- Conduct Gemba walks and sustain 5S assessments
- Train teams on GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two-plus years manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods experience
- Two-plus years supervising production staff
- Previous ERP database experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency and robust communication skills
