As an experienced Accounting Clerk, you will support Zanchin Automotive Group’s dealership operations. The position focuses on ledgers, invoice data, vehicle transactions, reconciliations, and remittances. You will also assist with month-end, year-end, and payroll backup.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate accounts payable and receivable ledgers
- Enter invoice data and post invoices
- Process vehicle transaction deals accurately
- Perform cash balancing, deposits, and reconciliations
- Support month-end, year-end, and payroll processing

Requirements:

- One to three years of proven accounting experience
- Post-secondary education in accounting or finance
- ERP proficiency, including CDK or Reynolds
- Microsoft Office Suite and Excel proficiency
- Skilled communication and strong attention to detail
