Process high-volume invoices in SAP as an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst supporting an established organization in North York, Ontario. This three-month contract requires accuracy and solid reconciliation skills.

The Accounts Payable Analyst manages end-to-end AP activities, including invoice processing, three-way matching, vendor reconciliations, and journal entries. The role supports month-end close through accruals, reconciliations, and AP cut-offs. Secondary Accounts Receivable support includes posting customer payments and assisting with basic reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process high-volume vendor invoices in SAP accurately
- Perform three-way matching and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile vendor statements and prepare AP journal entries
- Support month-end close,



accruals, and AP cut-offs
- Process expense reports and corporate credit card statements

Requirements:

- Five or more years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience
- Strong SAP experience; Concur experience is an asset
- Knowledge of AP processes, accounting fundamentals, and accruals
- Experience with invoice processing and vendor reconciliations
- Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups and PivotTables
