This full-time Non-Ferrous Processor role suits candidates with construction or hands-on labour experience. You will sort incoming materials, support customers, operate equipment, and maintain organized work areas. Basic computer tasks and daily documentation are also included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet, direct, and support customers during unloading
- Inspect incoming loads and identify materials accurately
- Operate loaders, forklifts, and skid steers as needed
- Maintain and sweep the shred pad
- Assist offloading and facilitate material movement

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ hands-on experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds consistently
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather
- Experience using power tools and demanding equipment
- Strong attention to detail and safety commitment
