You will work alongside the Department Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence, coaching and engaging the team daily to meet goals and standards. You will lead regular team huddles, manage scheduling and payroll functions, and ensure accurate merchandising, inventory control, and a protected shopping environment in line with company policies.
