Take the lead in growing our sprinkler division.

We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter – Division Lead who combines strong technical skills with practical leadership. You will oversee the division’s daily work, support your team and help deliver reliable service to our customers.

This hands-on role combines fieldwork and team coordination with the flexibility to complete suitable administrative tasks remotely, depending on operational requirements.

What you’ll do





- Lead and support the sprinkler team, setting clear expectations for workmanship, safety and customer service.
- Prepare quotes and estimates for inspections, service work, repairs and installations.
- Plan jobs, order materials and coordinate equipment so your team has what it needs.
- Work closely with scheduling to manage workloads and meet customer commitments.
- Perform sprinkler inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, repairs and installations.
- Respond to service calls and provide practical solutions to system issues.
- Complete and review inspection reports and job documentation for accuracy.
- Monitor job progress, labour and materials, addressing issues promptly.
- Build customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the division.
- Maintain clear communication with customers, technicians and management.
- Ensure work complies with applicable codes, standards and company safety procedures.

What you’ll bring

- Journeyman Sprinkler Fitter certification.
- Robust experience in sprinkler system inspections, servicing, repairs and installations.
- A sound understanding of applicable sprinkler codes and standards.
- The ability to prepare accurate estimates and organize multiple jobs.
- Clear communication, sound judgment and a dependable approach to work.
- The confidence to guide a team,



address challenges and follow through.
- Initiative and an interest in helping grow the sprinkler division.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an asset.
