Monitor security incidents in Toronto as a Security Operator, using risk analysis, stakeholder communication, and established response criteria for Scotiabank.

This nine-month full time contract supports Scotiabank’s Security Operations in Canada. You will monitor incoming requests, identify issues, analyze trends and risks, and coordinate responses. The work also involves incident notifications, summary reports, evidence preparation, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, collect, and compile incoming security requests
- Analyze issues, trends, risks, and potential Bank impacts
- Process information and distribute incident notifications
- Intake, triage, document, and escalate stakeholder requests
- Prepare evidence for internal customers and external partners

Requirements:

- Experience in security, critical incident management, or related fields
- Working knowledge of Bank IT applications and security controls
- Working knowledge of Canadian retail banking products
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Commitment to policies, regulations, and business controls
