As a Patient Support Associate, you will provide accurate, personalized assistance across Canada. You will work with Support and Operations in a telehealth environment, using customer service platforms, learning Hims & Hers offerings, and contributing to patient-focused service. Your communication will help build trust during every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to patient requests through email and chat
- Understand patient needs and provide thoughtful communication
- Navigate customer service platforms and support tools
- Become knowledgeable about Hims & Hers products
- Contribute to patient experience goals and KPIs

Requirements:

- Minimum one year in a customer-facing role
- Native English fluency with solid written communication
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Accuracy and attention to communication and documentation
- Professional French proficiency preferred, not required
