The MICs Group is seeking an Employee Health and Wellness Lead to join a multidisciplinary HR team. The role focuses on attendance support, disability management, return-to-work coordination, health education, and wellness promotion with strict medical confidentiality.
The Lead develops and implements comprehensive employee health programs across the MICs organization. Qualified RN with BScN or RPN in valuable standing; certificate in Disability Case Management preferred.
