VTRAC seeks an advisor with experience as an HR Manager, HR Director, or senior talent acquisition leader. The assignment requires direct involvement in hiring decisions and recruitment operations. You will examine sector roles, candidate evaluation, ATS workflows, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise on engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, and operations roles
- Review qualifications, certifications, experience, and developable skills
- Explain screening, interviews, assessments, references, and hiring decisions
- Compare ATS and HR workflows used firsthand




- Prepare observations and recommendations for stakeholders

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR or talent acquisition experience
- Canadian defence and aerospace employer experience
- Technical or operational recruiting and evaluation experience
- Familiarity with multiple ATS or HR platforms
- Strong interviewing, analysis, writing, and independent work skills
