This Registered Practical Nurse position serves a 28-bed general internal medicine unit. You will provide direct patient and family-centered care while developing expertise across respiratory medicine, oncology, palliative care, and geriatrics. The role emphasizes assessments, medication administration, collaboration, and timely responses to changing patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient and family-centered general medicine care
- Complete physical assessments for admitted patients
- Administer medications and manage wounds, IVs, and drains
- Attend nursing rounds and patient or family meetings




- Collaborate with doctors, pharmacists, and interprofessional teams

Requirements:

- Current valuable-standing registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Graduate of a CNO-approved Practical Nursing program
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
- Two years of acute care experience preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
