RetroFestive is Canada's largest Pop Culture Christmas store, we sell tons of amazing Pop Culture items and ship them all over Canada. Customer support and satisfaction is one of our strengths, so we need you!

Must be available Mon-Fri (and some evenings/weekends) now - December 23 .

Some duties and required skills:

- Answer and respond to phone calls from customers
- Reply and send customer emails with proficient spelling and grammar (Typing speed of at least 40wpm)
- Work with the warehouse team to resolve customer order problems




- Locate stock in the warehouse
- Update website item availability and inventory
- Assist in online order pick up logistics
- Perform housekeeping duties in areas assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Physical Requirements: ability to bend, twist, reach, climb ladders, lift materials up to 30 lbs
