Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority seeks a Home Care Attendant for its Home Care department. Under a Home Care Resource Coordinator, you will follow care plans, policies, and program standards. You will work within a multidisciplinary health care team serving residents throughout the Interlake-Eastern region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal and supportive care according to care plans
- Support clients remaining independent and protected at home
- Meet identified client needs through program standards
- Collaborate with health team members on integrated care
- Promote holistic services responsive to resident needs

Requirements:

- Health Care Aide certificate from an accredited college
- Previous elderly or infirm care experience preferred
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and coworkers
- Work independently and within a health care team
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
