Lead Structured Finance settlements in Toronto with SecureHub controls, securitization expertise, and accurate daily funding processes. Work in an office-based or temporary remote setting.

As Assistant Manager within Scotiabank’s Settlements & Clearing team, you will support Global Securitization activities in Canada. Your work includes administering ABCP conduits, processing invoices and funding requests, maintaining data integrity, and coordinating with clients, traders, technology, and internal stakeholders. The role supports compliance with regulations, policies, and business controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute invoices, borrowing requests, paydowns, and CP funding requests
- Maintain accurate and complete SecureHub data feeds




- Analyze settlement activity for Settlements & Clearing management
- Address client escalations as the first point of contact
- Identify process improvements that maximize operational efficiency

Requirements:

- Experience administering ABCP conduits and securitization structures
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Capital Markets experience
- Working knowledge of ABCP and ABS products
- Availability during 8:30am to 5pm operational hours
- Willingness to work overtime and statutory holidays
