Source and screen candidates as an Adecco Recruiter in Winnipeg, using communication and organization skills fully on site. Recruit General Labour, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Production associates for ongoing staffing needs.

This full-time, temporary three-month assignment may be extended and runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You will support a key recruitment team by coordinating candidates and associates. The work spans sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, documentation, and hiring updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for available positions
- Recruit General Labour, Warehouse, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Production associates
- Coordinate onboarding activities and employment documentation




- Maintain accurate candidate records within recruitment systems
- Support high-volume hiring projects and recruitment campaigns

Requirements:

- Previous recruitment, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Robust communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills
- Microsoft Office and recruitment systems proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada
