YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a Temporary Lunchtime Supervisor under the School Principal’s direction. Monitor students during lunch while promoting a safe, caring, positive, and friendly workplace. Experience with children, a positive demeanor, and confidentiality are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch
- Monitor whereabouts and communicate concerns to the Principal
- Promote respect, kindness, inclusivity, and positive interactions
- Report misconduct and atypical situations to school leaders
- Support appropriate play and emergency situations

Requirements:

- Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
- Minimum one month of required experience
- Good communication skills and positive demeanor
- Ability to monitor multiple activities
- Experience working with children and attending physical needs
