You support sales, operational results, and store growth through leadership, communication, and performance feedback. Key Responsibilities:

- Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent
- Lead shifts and address consumer, vendor, or maintenance issues

Requirements:

- Prior supervisory experience, preferably in retail
