Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils
- Serve food promptly and courteously to guests or service staff
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for replenishment
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure hygiene standards are met




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles, preferably within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of meal preparation and presentation standards
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Prior experience with serving, kitchen operations, or restaurant experience is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required

Pay: $16.60-$29.19 per hour
