- Must have 1+ years experience working with tort and accident benefits matters
- Preparing legal documents, maintaining files and conducting research
- Drafting and revising court documents such as mediation and pre-trial memorandums, affidavit of documents, motion records and statement of claims
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, to meet deadlines.
- file load ranges between 100-150 active files
This is not a remote position. The law clerk is required to work in the office Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
