Odynn Performance Therapy is looking for multiple exceptional Registered Massage Therapists to join our expanding team and help launch our second Vernon location inside the new Active Living Centre.

This is not a “rent a room and good luck out there” situation.

Odynn already has a busy downtown clinic, an established client base, strong community relationships and a multidisciplinary team that genuinely refers to one another. Our new ALC location will place us inside one of Vernon’s most exciting community facilities, surrounded by active families, swimmers, athletes, fitness members and people who want to move and feel better.

We are building a team of excellent practitioners who work hard, care deeply, laugh often and actually enjoy the people around them.

Who fits Odynn

You are registered, or on track to register, with the appropriate British Columbia regulator. You communicate well, document properly, show up reliably and make clients feel genuinely cared for.

You do not need an established caseload. You do need the drive and personality to build one.

Experienced RMTs with excellent retention are encouraged to apply, and strong new graduates will be seriously considered. We care about your standards, your energy and how you treat people—not simply how many years appear on your résumé.

Pay: $39.05-$102.00 per hour
