Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports digital campaigns and online content across e-commerce channels. This role combines campaign coordination, content updates, creative production, and performance tracking to help teams reach audiences and improve marketing results.

Responsibilities

- Run and update capstonereps.com and our internal website strategy alongside our website production company
- Manage our google business alongside our SEO strategist
- Manage the team’s social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) @capstonereps
- Plan, create, write, and schedule posts, stories, reels, and event promos through both our channels
- Write and publish blogs for the website on a monthly basis (x5 SEO driven blogs of 1,000 words per posting)
- Create branded marketing materials for listings, agents, client initiatives, and events
- Coordinate listing photography and attend media day for secondary content opportunities

Experience

Required:

- Practical digital marketing coordination





- Comfortability to continue with our Instagram themes, branding and current scheme

- Clear written communication: needed for email management, particularly for our charity golf tournament and any client facing communication

- Comfortability handling ongoing brand partnerships for our branding, exposure and advertising

- Attention to detail in all marketing materials and preparation for listing, staging, etc

- Comfortability running the back end of Instagram business portfolio, editing videos and Reels

- Experience working with CANVA

Preferred: Experience with e-commerce, SEO, email marketing, Social Media Advertising, Film and Media, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Drive, Wordpress, Facebook Advertising, and Adobe creative tools is advantageous.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 20.0 per week
