The University Counsellor reports to the Head of University Counselling at St. Andrew's College. Working with the University Counselling team, this role supports St. Anne's School and assigned students. Counselling connects academic profiles, personal goals, and best-fit post-secondary institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage an assigned portfolio of students and families
- Guide course selection and academic planning
- Support Canadian, U.S., and international applications
- Monitor deadlines, transcripts, essays, and supplementary materials
- Coordinate visits, presentations, fairs,



sessions, and workshops

Requirements:
- Relevant university degree
- Understanding of Ontario curriculum and graduation requirements
- Robust interpersonal skills building trust with students and families
- Interest in additional qualifications, including NCAA-related applications
- Capacity for coaching or co-curricular responsibilities
