Turner & Townsend seeks a Project Controls Officer skilled in cost forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting for major program works.

This position works closely with the Project Controls Manager and multidisciplinary teams. You will establish controls processes, maintain baselines, and translate data into actionable insights. The role supports program setup through execution across project controls functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Establish project controls processes, procedures, and reporting
- Create and maintain baselines for major program works
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances regularly
- Manage change control impacts, records, and approvals
- Maintain risk registers, schedules, milestones, and performance metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Eight or more years of related project controls experience
- Experience with P6, ARM, Power BI, and PMIS systems
- Solid collaborative and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of program setup through execution
