Are you an organized, personable individual who enjoys helping people and making a difference in their dental experience? Dentistry@Kemptville is looking for a friendly and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with patients, comfortable discussing dental treatment plans and costs, and able to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Position Details

- Hourly Wage: $28.00–$31.00, based on experience
- Hours: 30–38 hours per week
- Schedule: One evening shift per week (Tuesday)
- Weekends: No weekends!

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and present dental treatment plans to patients.
- Review proposed treatments, fees and payment options with patients.
- Submit insurance estimates and predeterminations on behalf of patients.
- Follow up on insurance estimates and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries.
- Coordinate treatment scheduling and help ensure patients understand their next steps.
- Perform general administrative and front-desk duties as required.
- Assist with instrument sterilization on occasion when needed.
- Work closely with the dentists and dental team to ensure an exceptional patient experience.

What We're Looking For





- Previous dental office experience is required.
- Experience with Dentrix practice management software is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with dental terminology and insurance procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence discussing treatment plans, fees and insurance coverage.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy dental office.
- A friendly, qualified and patient-focused attitude.
