The Construction Cleanup & Flooring Installer Helper supports flooring projects by preparing work areas, assisting installers, and keeping tools and materials organized. This hands-on role combines construction cleanup with practical installation support, helping crews work safely and efficiently from preparation through final cleanup.

Duties

- Clear debris, protect nearby surfaces, and maintain tidy, orderly work areas throughout each project.
- Gather, carry, and organize materials; use hand tools to assist with flooring installation and tile laying.
- Support measuring, cutting, fitting, and finishing tasks under installer direction, including caulking and basic carpentry work.
- Review project plans or blueprints with the crew, prepare tools and supplies, and clean the site after work is complete.

Qualifications

Required: Practical ability to use hand tools, follow directions, maintain an organized work area, and assist with physical construction and flooring tasks. Careful attention to detail supports accurate preparation, tile placement, caulking, and cleanup. Preferred: Construction experience, flooring installation, tile laying, blueprint reading, carpentry, or handyman experience can help you contribute confidently and adapt to varied project needs.

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
