FOREMAN PLUMBERS

MUST HAVE TOWNHOUSE EXPERIENCE

We are currently looking for plumbers of all levels with multi-family wood-frame experience.

Qualified applicants must have experience with:

- ABS installation
- Plumbing rough-in
- Plumbing finishing

Foreman applicants must have:

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices on-site
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet project schedules
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets BC Plumbing Code and safety standards
- Plan material requirements and coordinate deliveries
- Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Train and mentor apprentices and junior plumbers
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site

Qualifications

- Red Seal Plumbing Certification (required)
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or multi-family construction
- Previous foreman or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of BC codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings




- Valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
