Job Description
Kasa Supply Ltd. is looking for a reliable and hardworking Counter Sales Representative to join our Abbotsford team. This position involves customer service, counter sales, and daily warehouse and yard operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with product inquiries and purchases.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and assist with order pickups.
- Answer phone calls and coordinate with the sales team.
- Load and unload materials in the warehouse and yard.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for pickup and delivery.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
- Assist customers with loading materials into their vehicles.
- Maintain clean and organized counter, warehouse, and yard areas.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks when trained and authorized.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Perform other sales,
warehouse, and general labour duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, or construction materials is an asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50–80 lbs safely with appropriate assistance or equipment.
- Comfortable performing physical work and working outdoors.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- Forklift experience is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
