Maverick is hiring an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator to represent multiple clients at events, home shows, and trade shows across Nova Scotia. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers: starting conversations, sharing what each brand has to offer, and capturing quality leads for the client teams to follow up on.
Because you’ll work across several brands, you’ll need to switch between them easily, learn each one’s products and key messages, and represent each with the same confidence and professionalism.
What you’ll do
- Engage event attendees in a friendly, confident way and start meaningful conversations
- Represent each client brand accurately and professionally
- Qualify interest and collect accurate lead information
- Set up, maintain, and take down event booths and displays
- Meet lead targets and report results after each event
- Travel to events outside Halifax as scheduled
What we’re looking for
- Comfortable approaching and talking with the public
- Experience in sales, promotions, brand ambassador, retail, or customer-facing roles is an asset
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to different brands and audiences
- Reliable and punctual; you’ll show up for scheduled shifts
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A valid driver’s license (required)
- Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required
Compensation
- $22–$23/hour based on experience
- $2/hour performance bonus for completing your scheduled shifts
- Lead generation bonuses, which vary by client
- Paid travel for out-of-town events
