Totally One Communications, a Bell Authorized Dealer, is looking for a confident, outgoing individual to join our team!

What You'll Do:

- Make outbound cold calls to potential business customers.
- Introduce our business telecom solutions.
- Book qualified meetings for our sales team.
- Track calls, leads, and scheduled appointments.
- Earn additional incentives when your leads turn into closed sales!

What We Offer:

- Flexible Hours: Our office operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. Choose a 5–6 hour shift that works for you within those hours.
- $18/hour base pay.
- Additional Sales Incentives: Earn extra when your booked appointments result in closed sales.

What We're Looking For:

- Confident and comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Previous cold-calling or sales experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.

This is an in-office position in Concord, Ontario. Remote work is not available.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
